slainkillerz: You can ask any voiced(+) or oped(@) person in our #diablo2.help channel and they can help you for free, when and if they have time. skal: These kind of questions should be asked in our help channel #diablo2.help on irc quakenet. 'scl cta read' was what you wanted explaining. scl=SoftCore Ladder, cta=Call To Arms (runeword) and read is what ppl put in their gamename if they cant fit what they offer/need in the name itself so you can read the game description by clicking on it.
