The changes are as follows:
- The time in between offer messages and repeats has been dropped from 20 to 10 minutes.
- Forum gold trading and d2jsp forum links are now allowed.

The only problem is that you can only trade different charms , not the same. That means you can trade torch vs anni .. but you cant trade torch vs torch for example . I'd like to start by appolagising for being offline for the past 24 hours, our account was suspended without warning because of 'excessive CPU usage', basically there servers couldnt take the 16gb of traffic we threw at them each month. Which is good in a way cuz it means we rule and now have a fanbase that can crash a webserver... but uncool in the sence we've had to move and go through a load of hastle etc etc etc... On first impressions this host appears to be much better and sleaker than the old one so hopefully things will be kool. As long as we dont crash this one too :p
I have also taken this opportunity to upload a few of the changes we was working on, we are currently working on revamping the whole site, but we lost some files in the switch and it seemed a lot easier just to use the news ones... So you've got soem nice new uptodate files running here, however, some of them arent finished so may be a little buggy :\ This is due to the early launch of them which was necessary to minimise downtime. Hopefully all will be well but if not then report bugs to Caseus @ irc or email me or somthing :p
We will continue working on the new site with a new urgency and hopefully get it done before the end of the month. FINGERS CROSSED! Thanks again for continuing to support us.

As I'm sure you've all noticed we've got ourselves a new domain :) The new one is a lot easier to remember too :) but feel free to update your bookmarks anyway. The site is currently under major reconstruction, There will be some new features and the older features will be enhanced, but mostly it will be the same. It's mainly just behind the scenes updates. We hope you'll all like the new site's look and feel too :) We've re-opened our DC IP table too and it should be updated every hour on the half hour. I think this is enough for the time being as the IPs are not very active. If we start having more than one WE a day I will make the updates more frequent, but in any case, you can trust the data you see there. We hope you all continue to make use of our site and services. I'd like to appolagise on behalf of the (idiot) admin that set a global ban on #diablo2.trading causing all 270 ppl to be kicked at once. This is very very bad for business as i'm sure you can imagine ^^ ;) The problem has been resolved now tho, channel has been recovered, admin been severely spanked. Nothin left to do than to get you guys back in there ! HF ALL! And remember, offers and needs posted in trading channel automatically appear under the offers/needs link on the website. kewl or what ? Many people have resently claimed about scammers stealing their items in admin-trades. This is why we want to warn you guys once again. BE AWARE! There are many scammers out there! If you need a helper for a trade, go to #diablo2.help on IRC Quakenet, and ask for one there. Remember only to trust ops (@) and voiced (+) people at #diablo2.help. Remember that a helper never will give you a private message, he will only ask you to give him a private message! Scammers use nicknames that look like our admin nicknames. Example 1: Sellentine becomes seIIentine - with big i´s to replace the l´s. Example 2: Elfish becomes eifish. Example 3: Dokka becomes D0kka (with zero instead of o). Another thing the scammers do, is creating an ingame d2account that looks like an admin's account. Example: An ACC on battlenet called Dokka does NOT mean that it is Dokka on mIRC. Check the admins help accounts here. Also get confirmation from the admin in #diablo2.help that it really is him in the game. If the admin do not answer you back, then DONT make the trade/mule. comments (1)

Dokka - 31/07/2005 21:56Site downtime
We appolagise for the site being down for the weekend. This downtime was due to our host provider suspending our account because of 'warez' (illegal software), the 'warez' in question was the no cd loader, which allows you to run multiple instances of d2 while maintaining the condition of your original CD. I have no idea why, but there was nothing we could do to persuad them to allow us to continue hosting it. Therefore, it has been removed from our downloads section. For some reason, the hosting company has also deleted the other tools and patches we hosted there, I am waiting to hear back from them before I upload them again to avoid another upset. You will be pleased to know that the only reason our site was under investigation in the first place was because our high number of visitors crashed the server fours times in one day ! YAY! (Crashing servers aint big OR CLEVAH!) but the fact that our site is that popular is something to be celebrated. I've been insured that the servers have been upgraded to cope with us crazy d2'ers so hopefully there will be no further problems. The Tradingpost has been taken down temporarily. This is linked to the problem with the forums as the trading post used the forums database. This is a great oportunity to make some long overdue tweaks to the trading post system. We will add SCL/SCNL and HCL/HCNL to each item you add so you are able to have multiple lists and also so it is clear what 'core' your items are being offered on. The old system caused some confusion and as a result wasnt very popular. We hope with this change that more people will use the tradingpost. Check back for news updates ! /Caseus comments (0)

The pricebot database was lost due to a mistake when backing it up. This gave us the opportunity to revamp the way it was used and combine the database with the website. So now we have reconstructed most of the database in mysql so that this website can also share teh data. It will take a little more time to get it upto the spec is was before, adding charms and jewels etc... But please be patient. Remember, our helpers and priceteam do not get paid for their work so don't complain if you cant find what you're looking for. In addition, there are plans to launch a suggestion box on the site so that you can post suggestions for the community, anything you think we could do better or any ideas you have and would like to share. Happy new year to everyone, I hope you all enjoyed yourselves... I'm sure 2005 will bring many l33t itamz yours way ! Now, onto the point of this post :p You may have noticed a few things are different... bots are unstabile and our domain name has changed. This is due to some staffing problems within the community. We're very sorry for the downtime of the pricebot in #diablo2.info, the reason we have taken it down for the time being is because we are looking for a stabile place to host it, there is no point in it crashing every 10 minutes. There are alot of scammers making nicks that LOOKS like admin names. Expample: Mellow becomes MelIow and Sellentine becomes SelIentine. Thise scammers try to scare ppl by threaten them with bans, if they dont wanna trade. Admins do NOT use threats to make trades so dont fall for thise scammers. Make sure that the admin really is who he says he is. You msg admin to get comfirmation that he really is an admin. Admins NEVER msg you for games and passes. check out the acc´s used by admins and make sure that EVERY letter is the same on the one that joins the game. There is a fnew trading system on the site, you may have noticed the link for it above. Check it out! log in using your forum password, if you dont have one then all you need to do is register on our forums. If you have any problems then click on the 'ARGH HELP!' link once logged in. Just click here to download our Trojan blocking script. 1. unzip the trojan.mrc and trojans.txt to your mIRC folder. 2. load script with mirc: /load -rs trojan.mrc and click yes when a question pop up. Just as you know, there will come many more links that the script aint blocking. To block new urls, type /addurl

You'll notice a new link on the site. This is a new system we've launched whereby every offer/need in #diablo2.trading from the last two hour will be on that page, and you can search them for items you need or offer. You may wonder why all of your offer/needs are not there, this would most likely be because the bot will take your offer/need list and then ignore you for an hour to avoid spamming the page with repeated offers. After two hours the offers 'expire', this is again to avoid spam on the page.
